Amanda H. Victoria-Lee
Amanda Victoria-Lee is an I/O Psychologist and Organizational Consultant who specializes in designing systems for businesses that maximize the capabilities of their human capital. Drawing from her expertise in applied research and human capital strategy, she conducts intensive evaluations that guide decision-making; partnering with firms to build custom, innovative solutions that help them select, train, and develop their personnel.
Amanda holds a Masters in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from New York University, where she was a Master’s Scholar. There, she partnered with pro-bono clients in the Private and Public Sector, serving as a trusted advisor to organizations in the Health Care, Tax and Accounting, Professional and Business Services, Government, Transportation, and Travel industries. She is currently partnering with a Fortune 50 firm in applied research for her thesis.
Before pursuing her graduate studies, Amanda spent six years in the Health Care and Education industry, where she took a high touch approach to coaching teams and individuals to maximize their potential. She has a proven track record of building systems that work, having designed selection, training, and succession plan programs with cross-functional capabilities from the ground up since 2015. She is a member of the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology and the Academy of Management.
