Michael Seto

Michael Seto is an organizational effectiveness consultant focused on maximizing the performance of individuals and teams through organizational design, work process optimization, and employee engagement.

Michael holds a master’s degree in industrial-organizational psychology from Harvard University and a bachelor’s degree in economics from U.C. Berkeley. Prior to Worklab, Michael served as a Marine Corps infantry officer, held various roles over a decade with Morgan Stanley, and chaired a non-profit board. He also donates pro-bono consulting services to non-profits dedicated to hunger and poverty alleviation. Through these roles, he honed his skills in business development, change management, training and development, people analytics, and business and strategic planning.

Amanda H. Victoria-Lee

Amanda Victoria-Lee is an I/O Psychologist and Organizational Consultant who specializes in designing systems for businesses that maximize the capabilities of their human capital. Drawing from her expertise in applied research and human capital strategy, she conducts intensive evaluations that guide decision-making; partnering with firms to build custom, innovative solutions that help them select, train, and develop their personnel.

Amanda holds a Masters in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from New York University, where she was a Master’s Scholar. There, she partnered with pro-bono clients in the Private and Public Sector, serving as a trusted advisor to organizations in the Health Care, Tax and Accounting, Professional and Business Services, Government, Transportation, and Travel industries. She is currently partnering with a Fortune 50 firm in applied research for her thesis.

Before pursuing her graduate studies, Amanda spent six years in the Health Care and Education industry, where she took a high touch approach to coaching teams and individuals to maximize their potential. She has a proven track record of building systems that work, having designed selection, training, and succession plan programs with cross-functional capabilities from the ground up since 2015. She is a member of the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology and the Academy of Management.

Greg Fletcher

Gregory Fletcher is a documentation specialist with over 25 years of expertise in all phases of product and process development across a wide spectrum of Fortune 500 corporations and government organizations. His specialty is the translation of complex business requirements into design specifications, the writing of manuals for end users and operations personnel, the organization and distribution of knowledge within the organization, and the design of marketing materials for the organization’s target markets or user groups. Greg has particular expertise in the financial and media industries, including a particular focus in trading platforms, digital content/asset/rights management, risk management, and document management systems.

Mort Milder

Mort Milder teaches the skills of concision, clarity and power in making presentations. Leveraging his experience as both writer and performer, Mort works with people at all levels of the enterprise to help them refine messages and gain comfort and ease in delivering them. His work is designed to help leaders master the tools needed not only to inform, but to elicit actions and achieve results.

Emmaline Gayk is a part-time copy editor at Worklab Consulting. She has a sharp eye for detail and takes pride in every piece she edits. She has been a professional copy editor for over a year and brings enthusiasm to all projects that come her way.

Elizabeth Novogratz

Elizabeth Novogratz has years of experience as a writer and editor, from corporate writing, to web editorials, to publishing a full-length book on design, she excels in both technical and creative writing.

Elizabeth’s experience covers all stages of writing, starting with extensive research, including interviews, documenting and recapping group meetings and conversations, to traditional online and offline research.

She manages vast amounts of data and consolidates it to publish reports for her clients that are palatable and read by company members with very different backgrounds.

She’s currently managing a team of web researchers and editors, preparing to launch a new website on alternative living.

Timothy Higdon

Timothy Higdon is a non-profit leader helping clients create and execute breakthrough solutions in the areas of leadership, fund development, external affairs, staffing and landmark campaigns.

With nearly 30 years of leadership and management experience in nonprofits, military and the private sector, Timothy’s career over the last several years has focused on the nonprofit sector in interim and permanent senior leadership roles.  Organizations he has consulted or served include Girl Scouts of the USA (GSUSA), US Holocaust Memorial Museum, Environmental Defense Fund, Episcopal Relief and Development, New York Needs You, New York City Coalition Against Hunger, Holy Apostles Soup Kitchen and Parish, James Beard Foundation, Congregation Beit Simchat Torah, Grace Church in Newark, HealthRight International, Animal Haven, The Nation Institute, CCS Fundraising and Amnesty International USA.

Timothy’s consulting practice focuses on executive-level and development interim leadership, fundraising consultation, training and coaching for nonprofit organizations.  Prior to this, Timothy was the Chief of External Affairs for Girl Scouts of the USA.  At Girl Scouts, he led a team of 77 and was responsible for fund development, marketing, communications, policy, advocacy, research and the 100th Anniversary celebration.  GSUSA, under his leadership, launched a $1billion dollar comprehensive campaign.  GSUSA was named 2012 Harris Poll EquiTrend Youth and Children Brand of the Year and secured the Presidential Medal of Freedom for the Girl Scout’s founder, Juliette Gordon Low (posthumously).  Timothy has also successfully held senior enterprise leadership positions at CCS Fundraising and Amnesty International USA.

Timothy is a former Army Major who served fifteen years in the US Army Corps of Engineers.  He holds degrees from Indiana University (B.S.) and New York University (M.P.A.).  He is an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Fundraising at New York University’s George H. Heyman Center for Philanthropy and Fundraising.
